All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

private parking on site was provided. a quick 15-minute walk is needed to reach hall du livre. near to musee historique lorrain, 20 minutes' walk to nancy train station.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

They did not have our booking when we arrived!! She ended up finding it and entered it into her system, however at first she told us she didn't have a booking for us. It was a little worrying. Ended up okay, but it was a bad start to our stay.

It is a nice hotel that I have stayed one time before. It is at the outskirt of city centre, and nearby the canel and river, so it is very quiet and beautiful place. I can easily go to town centre by tram or just walk within 10-20mins. Closely to the hotel , there are a supermarket, cinema and bowling centre with restaurants facility, sightseeing points.

The location was good as it was near restaurants and a cinema. it was easy to get to the tram stop and a supermarket. The room was also clean.

The hotel was not up to standard. The breakfast room was too small and cramped, making it difficult to move around.

It was really hard to find it, since the street splits in two and no one knew the place. It's a bit far from the gare SNCF and the centre ville. Time of check-in and check-out not so good.

The hotel is conveniently located in a transitional area near fast food restaurants, a short walk from the historic center. The room was clean and cozy with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service.

The internet signal was poor, causing difficulties with connectivity.

The room was filthy, breakfast was bad (milk was sour, croissants were not fresh).

Room stank of smoke, bathroom was flooded, Apart-city gave us the wrong entry code and we waited 1.5 hours to gain access to our room, the fridge was faulty, I had to spend €25 on phone calls to France to help resolve entry. This place is a disaster! Worst stay in a long time :-(
